Probably by now you have seen the amazing knitted
Leia wig, and the
hallowig. If you don't have time to knit an entire
superhero costume this year, here are some other knitted (or crocheted) costume ideas....
Elvis wig (so awesome!)

Be a thing (pattern at
the blue blog)
Teletubbies (do children still watch this?)

Crochet a
tiara

Go for a classic with
cat ears and tail

Crochet a
top hat
Play your own game of
Where's Waldo?
Kit to make a
child's pumpkin costume

Or a pumpin hat,
small or
adult sized.
Masquerade or Zorro
mask
Devil Set or
Witch Accessories
Cowgirl or
Cleopatra Wigs

And if none of those appeal to you and you don't want to wear a costume, you can join
Mambocat's Halloween Costume Challenge and knit a costume for a pet or inanimate objet instead!
Yes, children still watch the teletubbies and so do some moms, but not by choice 8^D
My favourite ‘costume wig’ is the cowgirl…love the bright orange braids. They remind me of Pipi Longstocking. I was fascinated by her red hair as a child. And freckles too!
Never had either, so I suppose that is why I was so intrigued by Pipi L.
Don’t you just love Halloween!

How much would it cost to buy 6 of those “be a thing, blue bog” wigs. I am dressing up my 6 girls as THING 1,2,3,4,5,6?
THanks,
Rachel
