That’s right, today is my one year blogaversary! In some ways I can’t believe it has been a whole year already, and in others it seems like I’ve been doing this forever. But here I am, one year, 209 posts and 1028 comments later, according to WordPress.
When I was looking over my archives to put this post together, I realized that I never would have accomplished so much or tried so many new projects without the inspiration and motivation that having this website has given me. I have put together just a few of those projects from the past year below, so enjoy and thanks for reading!

Congratulations! It’s pretty amazing that you’ve done all this while also doing your MA and putting up with my crap on a daily basis. And you even forgot to mention three site redesigns, which is in itself quite impressive!

I think it is so wrong that Ian is the first congratulatory poster. For starters, he had advance warning on when the post was going up. Secondly, he has insider information that perhaps shouldn’t contribute to his posting ability. I think it’s an unfair advantage. So, on that note, we would like to be the first to congratulate you on your two year anniversary.

Confession: It’s been one year of inspiring projects and I haven’t been inspired to do anything (well besides cook and that’s because people get yappy around here without food). No matter, I’m still a dedicated follower of Thimble. It’s a privilege to peek in on your incredibly productive creative process. I’m learning from that. And I LOVE my turtles.
