I’m so excited to finally be able to spill the beans about this new project that I’ve been keeping under wraps for the past few months. It’s an online webshop called goodEGG Industries that I’m launching in partnership with Jen of Toronto Craft Alert. The shop features the work of Canadian craft designers and carries an eclectic yet finely curated mix of accessories, home wear, and art objects. Part of our goal in creating the shop is to support the Canadian independent craft community by bringing attention to the work of exciting and emerging craft artists and designers, as well as to create stronger links between crafters across Canada. I think we’ve got an amazing group of craft artists already (you can check them all out by reading their profiles) and we’ll be adding more as we build the shop over time.
