I’ve been furiously sewing away on the pieces of this baby quilt. Nothing like a deadline to get me motivated to finally finish a project!

What lovely colors! With both my daughters we waited until they were born to find out the sex, so I used a lot of that sort of green when making things for them. The chocolately brown is a nice addition.

I’m new to your blog but had to comment on this quilt in progress… What wonderful colors and I like the pattern, too. One of my favorite patterns is the Dresden Plate and this reminds me a bit of it…
I always need a deadline, too!

I really love this little quilt. I’ve been nervous about using curved edges in a quilt but I love the results so much I might just have to go for it.
