I've done them three times now and I've found adding an extra egg or even two makes them way more moist. My housemates agree as well, haha. I just made another batch tonight and made thumbprints in them and added raspberry jam to the center of each. So good. Would definitely recommend it. These are awesome. I added too much cocoa by mistake - so the mix got a little dry. I threw in another egg ... et voila! The kids called them result cookie-brownie puffs. They were really good.
